Yes ! Now G-mail provides new facility to design your theme !! Now you can customize the theme as a way you want !! There are many options for color selection , background selection and you can insert your Photo too as a Background !! Just Go to Settings >> Themes >> Create your own Theme Here you can select your picture as a Background and change many more things !! After selecting Picture just say " Save " and close that window ! And check your G-mail Page :)
